We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler with a strong background in coordinating, scheduling, and identifying project milestones for long-term, mid-term, and near-term initiatives. The ideal candidate will effectively manage scheduling and coordination issues, utilizing MS Project to consolidate schedules across multiple projects. This role requires defining goals, objectives, deliverables, and associated timelines to ensure project success.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule project/program milestones and related activities across long-term, mid-term, and near-term timelines.
- Identify and address scheduling and coordination issues to ensure project alignment.
- Utilize MS Project to consolidate multiple project schedules, ensuring seamless integration and management.
- Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to meet program requirements.
- Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address scheduling and coordination issues.
- Experience in the aerospace sector.
The position is based in an office/manufacturing environment, providing opportunities to engage with cutting-edge aerospace technologies. The work setting supports collaborative efforts in a dynamic and innovative industry.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
