Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Direct Hire)
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $35.50/hour
Schedule: 24/7 operation; open availability required (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Be part of the ground‑floor launch of a next‑generation manufacturing and logistics facility. We’re seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians who excel in highly automated environments and want to make an immediate impact.
You’ll support high‑speed conveyor systems, robotics, and automated packaging equipment in a true 24/7 production setting. Your work will directly influence equipment reliability, safety, and performance as the site rapidly scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, robotic, and conveyor systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime
- Install, optimize, and support automated packaging and MHE equipment
- Provide hands‑on technical support during live production
- Mentor junior technicians
- Maintain performance and consistency in a high‑demand, 24/7 environment
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with MHE, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience
- CMMS experience
- Strong preventive maintenance
- Advanced conveyor and automation knowledge
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of controls and safety standards

This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
