đ§ Position Overview
As a General Production Worker, youâll play a key role in supporting daily fabrication and welding operations. This is a handsâon position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, industrial environments, and learning new skills.
Youâll help maintain clean workspaces, prep materials for welding, operate hand and power tools, and assist with various fabrication tasks while receiving onâtheâjob training in welding.
đ ď¸ What Youâll Do
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and tooling
- Prepare materials: sanding, grinding, bracket layout, and general fabrication prep
- Assist the welding department while training on welding equipment
- Perform tack welding, fabricating, sanding, grinding, prepping, and material inspections
- Maintain equipment and restock consumables on the production floor
⨠Skills That Make You Successful
- General production & labor experience
- Strong handâtool and powerâtool proficiency
- Familiarity with grinders, welding processes, and machine operation
- Basic inspection abilities
- Construction or sandblasting experience is a plus
- Ability to perform manual labor in a fastâpaced environment

đ Work Environment
This is a highâindustrial indoor/outdoor facility with extensive fabrication work. Itâs handsâon and fastâpacedâsimilar to a construction site rather than a typical manufacturing shop. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Shift Options:
- A & B Shifts (Day): 6amâ6:30pm â $22/hr
- C & D Shifts (Night): 6pmâ6:30am â $25/hr
- Rotating weekly schedule

This is a Contract position based out of Pueblo, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
