• Day Shifts (A & B): $22/hour
• Night Shifts (C & D): $25/hour

Shift Options

• A & B – Day Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm
• C & D – Night Shift: 6:00pm–6:30am
• Schedule: Rotating weekly

About the Role

We’re seeking a General Production Worker to support our welding and fabrication operations. In this role, you’ll work alongside skilled welders, maintain clean and efficient workspaces, and train on new equipment as production grows—including the expansion of a brand‑new night shift.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long‑term career in manufacturing and fabrication.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and tooling
• Prepare materials through sanding, grinding, and bracket layout
• Assist welders and train on welding equipment
• Perform tack welding, fabrication prep, grinding, sanding, and inspections
• Maintain equipment and restock consumables across the production floor
• Support overall production flow and quality standards

Essential Skills

• General production or manual labor experience
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Machine operation and general labor experience
• Grinder and basic welding skills
• Ability to inspect materials for quality and accuracy
• Construction or sandblasting experience is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
