Hiring Industrial Painters - Join Our Team on Day or Night Shift

Location: Pueblo, CO

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule

Shift Options: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

Join our team as an Industrial Painter and play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes for parts and products in our turbine production area. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in industrial coatings and spray systems who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, paint booths, and other approved methods.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other techniques to ensure proper adhesion.
• Mix and adjust paints or coatings according to technical specifications.
• Set up and operate painting equipment, ensuring correct pressure, spray patterns, and material flow.
• Inspect finished surfaces for coverage, color match, thickness, and overall quality.
• Identify and report defects such as runs, sags, or contamination.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment and work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and ventilation checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and communicate effectively with team members.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in industrial painting or a similar manufacturing role.
• Knowledge of spray-painting techniques, equipment operation, and surface preparation standards.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
