Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support new multifamily and affordable housing projects in Denver Metro. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience on ground up multifamily projects. We also encourage candidates that have gained experience in the field. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Field or Project Engineer
- RFI's, submittals, quality control, and scheduling experience
- Multifamily or affordable housing experience
- Ground up construction experience
Work Environment:
This company is based in Thornton, CO. The Project Engineer is based in the field. There are occasional Saturday shifts, and they rotate among the team.
Compensation:$70000
