- Safely handle chemicals in compliance with process safety and environmental standards
- Accurately document production data, readings, deviations, and corrective actions
- Work closely with maintenance to support preventive and corrective maintenance
- Partner with safety and quality teams to maintain high operational standards
- Help develop and refine standard operating procedures in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement at the new facility
- Be a collaborative, hands‑on team player in a growing operation
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 3–5 years operating a chemical or fluid processing plant
- Hands‑on experience with industrial process equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in live production environments
- Solid understanding of process safety management and safe work practices
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around chemicals
- Experience supporting quality control in a production setting
- Ability to thrive in a startup atmosphere where processes are still evolving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing SOPs or best practices in a new facility
- Systems handling chemicals, fluids, and metals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine interest in clean technology and climate‑focused innovation
