Job Description

We are seeking multiple Operators to join our expanding team. Candidates with experiance in manufacturing or trades are encouraged to apply, as experience with measuring tools and decimals is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Perform assembly tasks according to blueprints and schematics.
• Conduct inspections using calipers and micrometers and other tools.
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Contribute to the production process in a cleanroom environment.
• Handle medical devices and ensure quality standards are met.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.
• Experience with maintenance, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with medical assembly and cleanroom protocols.
• Strong mathematics skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with calipers and micrometers.
• Proficient use of measuring tools.
• Understanding of decimals in measurement.

Work Environment

Work in a large, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment with over 250 colleagues on site. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. Our focus is on producing high-quality medical and aerospace components, providing a rewarding and challenging experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethel, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
