Manufacturing Technician

Location: Bethel, CT

Shifts: Various

Pay: $20–$24/hr (depending on shift & experience)


About the Role

We are expanding rapidly and seeking multiple Operators to join our growing medical device manufacturing team. If you have experience in manufacturing, trades, assembly, or machine operation—and you're comfortable working with measurement tools—this is an excellent long‑term opportunity with strong career advancement potential.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform assembly tasks following detailed blueprints and schematics
  • Complete inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
  • Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment
  • Work within a cleanroom environment following strict cleanliness standards
  • Handle medical device components while ensuring product quality and compliance

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with machine operation and assembly tasks
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, medical assembly, or cleanrooms
  • Solid understanding of decimals and basic math used in measurement

Additional Qualifications

  • Previous experience in regulated manufacturing (medical, aerospace, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
