Location: Danbury, CT (travel across Norwalk, New Milford, Ridgefield & nearby offices)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:30 PM (flexible within this range)

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and room patients with warmth and professionalism
• Record vital signs with precision and care
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Keep patient records up-to-date using NEXGEN EMR
• Maintain spotless, well-stocked exam rooms
• Answer patient calls and ensure clear follow-up communication
• Help with scheduling, referrals, and smooth clinical operations

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Direct patient care experience (CNA, MA, or similar healthcare background)
• Willingness to travel between offices (mileage reimbursed)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems (NEXGEN experience is a plus)
• No formal MA diploma or certification required—your experience speaks volumes!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $54080.00/yr.
