Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for on-site coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met from groundbreaking to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and enforce project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial ground-up construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with vertical ground-up construction.
• Experience managing commercial projects valued at over $500,000.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience supervising construction projects.
• Experience with projects over $2 million.
• OSHA 30 certification.
