Project Manager – Customer Service
Location: Enfield, CT
Schedule: On-site | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
The Customer Service Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer service–focused projects across the organization. This includes system enhancements, process improvements, operational initiatives, and integration activities related to acquisitions. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer service operational needs. Serving as the primary coordination point for Customer Service projects, this position partners closely with CS leadership, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage projects related to customer service systems, tools, workflows, and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project status, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain detailed logs of defects, enhancements, and progress updates.
Acquisition & Transition Support
- Coordinate customer service activities for acquisitions, system transitions, and service expansions.
- Ensure alignment of systems, training, workflows, and readiness activities for go-live.
- Document transition plans, risks, action items, and post-implementation follow-up tasks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service project coordination across departments.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Align customer service requirements with technical solutions and operational execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reporting.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend process or system enhancements.
- Ensure all project outcomes align with business objectives and customer service standards.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Experience supporting systems, operations, or contact center–related initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $66560.00/yr.
Company benefits will be provided to candidates once an offer is extended.
