Job Title: Fully Remote - AP/AR Specialist
Salary Range: $22.00 to $30.00
Type: 3 Month Project
Hours: Mon- Fri (8:00am to 5:00pm)
Position Overview:
Join our team as an AP/AR Specialist - this role is fully remote and is set for a min of 3 months. The company has a backlog of AP/AR invoices that need to be cleaned up and this would be a temp assignment to help them out in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process 400 - 500 invoices per week.
- Utilize Workday systems effectively.
- Manage accounts payable and receivables , invoicing, and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounts payable and invoicing.
- Experience with Workday
- Ability to process a high volume of invoices weekly.
- Strong information retention and note-taking skills.
