We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Glastonbury.

You’ll work closely with our experienced Project Engineer to support FAA part design changes and help

develop manufacturing processes that keep the aerospace industry flying high.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement design changes for FAA-certified parts
  • Assist in developing and refining manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, inspection, and manufacturing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design and production issues

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical design and project engineering
  • Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes
  • Ability to identify and resolve non-conformances
