Job Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure products are made safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role leads production employees, supports continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet output goals.
- Identify and resolve quality, equipment, or process issues promptly.
- Communicate expectations, priorities, and feedback clearly to employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Production management and supervision experience.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage production planning and organization effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical or college education preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including email, reports, and production systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
