Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation Manager to join our team supporting Aetna. As a Compensation Manager, you
will serve as a guide to our team and consult the business in all compensation matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop, implement,
and administer compensation such as salaries, short and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys. You will
design compensation structures that reflect industry standards and competitive market practices to accrue and retain talent. As a dynamic
compensation professional, you will also conduct routine market research and analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark the
organization's compensation programs against others. Your success as a Compensation Manager will help to build and maintain knowledge
of our pay practices and help to create training materials that will be used across the organization to help train managers, recruiters and HR
business partners on the Company pay philosophy.

Essential Duties:
• Manages the design of compensation structures and programs that reflect industry standards and competitive market practices in order to
attract and retain talent.
• Confers changes in regulatory requirements related to billing, reimbursement, regulatory rates and compliance in order to inform
compensation structures.
• Develops complex compensation models and analysis to plan for providers, taking into account factors such as productivity, quality metrics,
patient satisfaction, and specialty-specific considerations.
• Benchmarks compensation data to ensure fair pay across different job roles and demographic groups, addressing any disparities that may
exist in order to ensure fairness and mitigate legal or reputational risks.
• Helps establish and implement policies and programs that address shift differentials, overtime pay, and other compensation considerations
specific to the organization's scheduling and work patterns.
• Conducts routine market research and analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark the organization's compensation programs
against others.
• Helps establish and implement alignment of compensation and benefits strategies and communicating total rewards packages effectively to
leaders and HRBPs.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of compensation experience OR a combination of experience in human resources/finance

Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply to business needs
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Demonstrated customer service acumen
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through team efforts
• Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions
• Ability to develop, read, analyze, and interpret complex documents or spreadsheets
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Attention to detail
• Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Workday experience a plus

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional work experience

Note: This position operate on an eastern time zone schedule!

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
