General Production Worker

As a Production Associate, you will receive comprehensive training across various departments and processes within our facility. You will work in areas such as Gate Grinding, Shell Removal/DeWaxing, Sand Blasting, Roto Filing, Knock Out Operations, and Foundry Support. You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components.

• Operate hand tools and machinery effectively.
• Engage in general labor and production tasks.
• Perform inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
• Participate in assembly, packing, and shipping & receiving.
• Utilize power tools for various processes.
• Support the foundry operations.
• Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75lbs.

• Experience with hand tools and machinery.
• General labor and production skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills hands-on.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in machine operation, construction, and landscaping is a plus.
• Forklift operation experience is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ledyard, CT.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
