What You’ll Do

• Conducttopographical, boundary, and as-built surveyswith precision
• Supportconstruction layout effortsand collaborate with engineers and project managers
• Draft detailed plans usingAutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Research land records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage survey data uploads/downloads and maintain organized documentation

What You Bring

• At least1 year of experiencein land surveying or CADD drafting
• Proficiency inAutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Experience with drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts
