Warehouse Stocker

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Warehouse Stocker. This role involves loading and unloading products, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, picking and preparing orders for pick-ups, and wrapping and strapping skids. The ideal candidate will be willing to work hard, eager to learn new skills, and follow directions effectively.

• Load and unload products efficiently.
• Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick and prepare orders for customer pick-ups.
• Wrap and strap skids securely.
• Participate in full-cycle shipping and receiving processes.
• Operate a forklift/tow motor and use an electric pallet jack or similar equipment.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and learn new duties.
• Experience with forklift/tow motor operation.
• Comfortable using computers for daily tasks.
• Well-rounded warehouse experience in picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving (minimum of 6-8 months).
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

• Previous shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience with inventory software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Our warehouse is a typical shipping and receiving environment, where you will work from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will join a small, tight-knit team within a company of about 30 people, including our national sales teams. We value a family-type atmosphere and encourage participation in various roles, requiring you to wear multiple hats and hit the ground running with limited training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
