🛠️ What You'll Do

• Participate in pre-bid and negotiation meetings to gather insights and set strategy
• Perform precise material takeoffs and analyze specs for challenges
• Craft accurate project estimates and bid packages using Accubid & ConEst
• Collaborate with suppliers for competitive pricing on gear and materials
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and builders
• Represent the team in site visits, walk-throughs, and project planning meetings
• Track bidding progress and forecast new opportunities
• Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination from start to finish

✅ What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience or education in the electrical field
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and electrical estimating software
• Problem-solver with an eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
• Bonus: Electrician License (E1/E2), degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering
