Location: Shelton, Connecticut

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional weekends)

Join a dynamic, close-knit team where your expertise shapes the foundation of every project. As a Survey Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering accurate topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts that drive successful engineering and development projects.

What You’ll Do

• Draft detailed topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Manage survey data—download, upload, and integrate into AutoCAD.
• Research land records to ensure precision and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to bring plans to life.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in both field and office environments.
• Experience with survey drafting and construction layout preparation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Shelton, CT.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
