Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $17.71-$26.56.

- Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
- Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Education
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Basic knowledge of machinery preferred
- Experience with production equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with quality testing
- Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions
- Knowledge of simple measuring devices
- Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period
