Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Administrator with experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong software skills (SAP preferred) and hands-on experience with inventory management, production planning, and scheduling shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update production forecasts in the MRP system.
- Plan, schedule, and prepare production work orders; release orders to the manufacturing floor.
- Identify manpower, equipment capacity, and raw material constraints; escalate concerns as needed.
- Coordinate with order management, purchasing, stock room, production leaders, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete work orders and move inventory into finished goods.
- Perform periodic inventory checks for WIP and finished goods.
- Analyze data to drive raw material supply and support finished goods planning.
- Review BOMs and routings for new products to ensure smooth integration into production.

Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Associate Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Ability to use a pallet jack occasionally to move machines.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
