Your Role:

As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll deliver high-quality patient care, educate patients, and assist in assessments and tests. Your expertise will help us continue to provide outstanding healthcare services.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver compassionate patient care and education
• Perform triage, assessments, and vital signs
• Conduct EKGs and stress tests with precision
• Document interactions accurately using electronic health records
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to coordinate care
• Communicate openly and honestly, advocating for our patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CT LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office setting
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EPIC experience highly preferred)
• Skilled in EKGs, stress testing, and patient education
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience triaging patients
• Previous work in a busy outpatient setting

Work Environment:
