What You Will Do:

  • Plan, draft, and develop high-quality written communication products on behalf of a federal client
  • Work directly with federal client and team members to develop and manage a clear communications strategy and communications plans
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and able to multi-task quickly to adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad-hoc requests

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum of Three (3)+ total years of relevant professional working experience excluding internships, co- ops, and fellowship/academia research
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on client facing projects and deliverables
  • Ability to own a workstream and work directly with the client
  • Stakeholder engagement experience and communications experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in federal government consulting
  • Experience in the transportation industry
  • Experience in the safety industry
  • Experience working in Google Workspace
  • Experience working onsite with clients in a formal, professional environment

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
