Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to support a high-impact initiative aimed at building comprehensive tenancy data—known as stacking plans—for key commercial real estate markets. This project plays a critical role in enhancing the accuracy and completeness of tenant occupancy data across buildings in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage and update stacking plans that reflect tenant occupancy by floor and space.

Collaborate with research teams and leverage a proprietary database to validate and resolve discrepancies in occupancy data.

Gather tenant information from internal sales teams and external sources such as Excel files, brochures, and field visits.

Exercise sound judgment to determine the most reliable data sources when conflicting information arises.

Participate in onboarding and training to become proficient in the proprietary system.

Escalate complex issues to senior researchers when necessary.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Comfortable working with new databases and independently navigating unfamiliar systems.

Demonstrated ability to make decisions and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.

Experience with CoStar or similar commercial real estate platforms is a plus.

Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
