Program Analyst

Leidos is currently seeking a reliable detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping teams running efficiently and communicates clearly to join the NISC team as a Program Analyst in support of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) surveillance and radar modernization effort. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing documentation, supporting communications, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks that keep the team running efficiently. Duties may include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, support budget tracking, and maintaining organized systems for team operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is naturally organized and takes initiative to solve problems before they arise.

Primary Responsibilities:

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries and route them as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic filing systems within special client databases.
• Track project deadlines, deliverables, and follow up tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Compile and distribute meeting agenda, record minutes, and document action items.
• Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and other administrative financial tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within administrative workflows.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with MS Project and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the FAA.
• Data Analytics.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
