Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial School Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial, ground-up school projects ranging from $40 million to $200 million. This role is crucial as it involves managing our extensive portfolio of educational construction projects in the DC area.

• Supervise all subcontractors on-site, ensuring that project specifications and timelines are met.
• Manage all Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate project scheduling and handle all financial aspects to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects with a minimum value of $40 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC).

• Experience in managing K-12 school construction projects.
• Familiarity with the Department of General Services (DGS) standards.

The work environment varies between on-site and office settings, depending on the weekly job schedule. The Project Manager must be adaptable and comfortable working in both settings to ensure project success.
