Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with experience in land development. This role requires proficiency in Civil 3D and a thorough understanding of state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree, along with a minimum of five years of experience in the civil engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering projects with a focus on land development.
• Utilize Civil 3D software to create detailed designs and plans.
• Collaborate with local municipalities to ensure compliance with land use regulations and agency processes.
• Manage stormwater systems and civil design projects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate project completion.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in stormwater management.
• Strong civil design skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Newark, DE.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
