Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with experience in land development. This role requires proficiency in Civil 3D and a thorough understanding of state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree, along with a minimum of five years of experience in the civil engineering field.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop civil engineering projects with a focus on land development.
- Utilize Civil 3D software to create detailed designs and plans.
- Collaborate with local municipalities to ensure compliance with land use regulations and agency processes.
- Manage stormwater systems and civil design projects.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate project completion.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in stormwater management.
- Strong civil design skills.
