Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Description

This is an all-inclusive warehouse role with varied duties depending on the day. Candidates will engage in tasks ranging from packing, palletizing, order selecting, loading and unloading, to lifting, moving materials, stacking, wrapping, and sorting.

Responsibilities

• Select products according to tickets and accurately place them in boxes for shipments, including product labeling and box building.
• Move products and packages throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks and place them in the appropriate location within the warehouse for storage.
• Ensure orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery.
• Inspect the product during packing to ensure there is no damage.
• Stage pallets as needed for shipment.
• Assemble daily shipments by order location and category.
• Perform quality control assessments and stack them safely and securely.

Work Environment

Cold storage environment with two shifts available: 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM. The schedule follows a pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 4 days off, and so on. All candidates will train on the day shift for 1-2 weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburndale, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
