Infor ERP Implementation Consultant - Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking an Infor ERP Implementation Consultant with a strong accounting background to lead the implementation of Infor ERP within our accounting department. This role is ideal for a senior accountant with hands-on experience in ERP systems, particularly Infor, and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Infor ERP within the accounting department.
- Collaborate with finance leadership to align ERP functionality with business needs.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to accounting staff on Infor ERP usage.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Act as a liaison between accounting, IT, and Infor support teams.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

- 6+ years of accounting experience with at least 1 full-cycle Infor ERP implementation

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Experience in environmental engineering or professional services industry
- Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies
- Knowledge of related systems (e.g., payroll, procurement, project accounting)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting
Compensation:$100
