Job Title: Lab Technician - RSV

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team, specializing in the organization and processing of RSV samples. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate sorting, preparation, and shipment of samples for testing, while supporting daily operations and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and process weekly shipments of RSV samples, ensuring accurate sorting into screens and titers.
• Prepare and ship samples to the contracted lab for testing.
• Scan RSV samples into a spreadsheet for tracking and shipment documentation.
• Support warehouse staff with daily operations and other assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs multiple times a day.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sample handling or inventory management is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based in a biopharmaceutical setting, requiring frequent trips to freezer and refrigerated units. The role involves working 8-hour shifts in a dynamic and temperature-controlled environment.
