Job Description

The Human Resources Manager partners with people leaders and employees to foster a culture that supports diversity, innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. This role provides consultative and business-focused services to align the people strategy with the business strategy, addressing HR-related matters such as talent management, compensation, benefits, coaching, employee engagement, and labor relations.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR leader for assigned business unit, location, or function
  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals
  • Advise on business issues and help set HR priorities
  • Deliver proactive, innovative, and customer-focused HR solutions
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance and deliver solutions
  • Support hiring and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers
  • Lead onboarding and employee deployment processes
  • Forecast talent needs and identify skill gaps to support strategic goals
  • Oversee all HR services for assigned area, including performance management, compensation, and benefits
  • Lead HR projects and ensure effective communication across teams
  • Manage labor relations and advise on contract interpretation
  • Promote an inclusive, engaging work environment aligned with company values
  • Build trust with employees and leaders while driving positive change
  • Coach and develop team members, providing clear direction and feedback
  • Support career growth and continuous learning


Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of HR or related experience.
  • Experience with unions
  • Change management experience.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Familiarity with modern HRIS systems, such as Workday and SAP.


Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bradley, Florida.

Compensation:$165000
