Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Roll-Off Truck on assigned routes to collect and transport solid waste
- Read route sheets and service customers as assigned by dispatch
- Deliver and remove roll-off containers (10-40 yard bins, including compactors)
- Operate hydraulic controls to load and unload containers
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment)
- Complete landfill and disposal site dumps safely and efficiently
- Interact courteously and professionally with customers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Physically demanding role requiring lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ lbs
- Exposure to outside weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, fumes, and vibration
- Work around moving mechanical parts and active job sites while following all safety protocols
- Noise levels are typically moderate
- Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge to complete vehicle inspections
- Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
- Waste or roll-off experience preferred, but not required
- $25+/hour + overtime
