Are you an experienced automotive mechanic looking to transition from the shop floor to a professional office setting? We’re hiring Mechanical Claims Analysts to join a growing customer contact team supporting a leading automotive financial services provider. This is your chance to apply your hands-on mechanical knowledge in a dynamic, customer-focused environment—without the grease and grime. You’ll be the expert behind the scenes, helping customers and dealerships navigate mechanical claims with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and process mechanical claims using your deep understanding of vehicle systems (especially engines, transmissions, and electrical).
• Communicate with dealerships and vehicle owners to determine claim eligibility and explain decisions.
• Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records using internal claims systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the company’s reputation for fairness and excellence.

Top Skills We’re Looking For:

• Automotive Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience (shop or technical field).
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with labor guides (e.g., AllData) and scan tools is a plus.
• Certifications: ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English fluency is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Training: 2 weeks in-office, followed by 2 weeks of supported calls.
• Hybrid Schedule: After initial ramp-up, work from home 3 days/week (Mondays & Fridays always remote).
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays (8:00 AM–3:00 PM) with flexible weekday float or overtime options
