Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00

Program Oversight
- Administer physical, industrial, personnel, and information security programs.
- Ensure compliance with ACCM, SCI and collateral standards.
- Investigate and report security incidents; oversee technical reviews and damage assessments.
- Make final decisions on classification/declassification issues and guide personnel on classification requirements.
- Review Program Security Directives (PSDs) and Classification Guides (PSCGs).
- Provide oversight on classification authority, document marking, safeguarding, access controls, and information handling.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and techniques.
- Analyze complex security scenarios to determine appropriate methods, waivers, or corrective actions.
- Review security incidents and recommend resolutions.
- Evaluate classification challenges and determine appropriate levels.
- Direct periodic inspections of cleared facilities for compliance.
- Review and resolve security violations.
- Apply research and technology principles to mitigate threats.
- Interpret and establish policy for processing Program Access Requests (PARs).
- Train personnel on clearance sensitivity and access requirements.
- Oversee access records and correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation and accreditation of ACCM facilities.
- Review SOPs, co-utilization agreements, and secure construction plans.
- Recommend physical control measures (safes, locks, fences, etc.).
- Define restricted areas and manage ACCM material movement.
- Serve as alternate facility manager; coordinate work orders and escort contractors.
- Plan and conduct security education programs.
- Develop training materials and deliver briefings per DoD and AF guidelines.
- Issue security bulletins and conduct initial/refresher training.
- Provide foreign travel briefings for personnel with classified access.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI on day 1.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of related experience
- Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of ACCM, SCI and collateral security standards
- Working knowledge of National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) and Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
- Advanced understanding of personnel, industrial, information, and operational security
- Experience developing and evaluating security programs
- Strong communication skills with senior officials
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and agencies
