This role blends offensive cyber expertise, advanced data analysis, and program coordination to support the Joint Advanced Fires Qualification Course (JAFQC)-a multi-site initiative modernizing the Joint Targeting Cycle Command and Control (C2) for Globally Integrated All-Domain Fires and Effects.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate offensive cyber capabilities into All-Domain Operations
- Analyze complex datasets related to cyber offensive operations
- Design metrics and visualizations to evaluate operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with red teams, operational planners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain data pipelines from diverse sources
- Deliver data-driven insights to refine cyber strategies and tactics
- Document methodologies and maintain analytical frameworks
- Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive techniques
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of cyber threat intelligence
- Advise the Joint Fire Support Executive Steering Committee with updated contacts across Cyber Offense/Defense communities
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and produce reports and presentations
- 10+ years of experience, including:
- 5+ years in Cyber Operations
- 5+ years of military service
- Must have a current Top Secret SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Additional 4+ years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Prior service with USCYBERCOM or its Service Components
- Graduate of a Joint or Service Cyber Operations/Warfare course
- Deep understanding of cyber-attack strategies across full-spectrum military operations
- Expertise in offensive cyber tools, techniques, and procedures
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in program coordination and project management
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with offensive security tools (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike)
- Industry certifications: OSCP, CEH, CISSP
- PMP Certification is a plus
