Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to efficiently manage supplier and customer data related to the ordering and delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services. The ideal candidate will analyze and process materials returned from customers, address spare parts inquiries, and resolve delivery issues. You will be responsible for creating and monitoring performance metrics while fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input supplier and customer data pertaining to spare parts orders and deliveries.
- Analyze and process returned materials from customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding spare parts requirements and delivery issues.
- Create and monitor performance metrics to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their culture and business strategies.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP.
- Fluency in English for effective communication.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and internal tools.
- 3 or more years of related work experience.
- Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong numeric reasoning and mathematical skills.
- Proficient knowledge in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite, with a duration through May 2026. You will work an 8-hour shift between 7am and 5pm, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks each day.
