Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Driver / Warehouse Associate delivers products to local businesses, including military bases and government sites, and supports daily warehouse operations. When not on the road, this role assists with unloading and loading trucks, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining accurate inventory control while providing courteous and professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make timely and accurate local deliveries to customers, including military bases and government sites.
- Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks, in compliance with all traffic laws and internal safety policies.
- Follow all security and access requirements at customer locations, including military and government facilities.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service during all deliveries and interactions at client sites.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and inventory control.
- Assist with unloading and loading trucks and other vehicles as needed.
- Support inventory activities by counting, organizing, and tracking products to maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in both the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
Essential Skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Ability to make local deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers on client sites.
- Ability to perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and inventory control.
- Capability to lift, move, load, and unload products as part of daily warehouse and delivery activities.
- Reliability and strong work ethic to support both driving and warehouse responsibilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering to military bases or government sites is beneficial.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with warehouse staff and customers.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries and inventory records.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to shift between driving and warehouse tasks as needed.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
