Job Title: Welder

Pay: $19–$22 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM start

Overtime: Plenty available

🔧 Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Welder to join our team on first shift. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality welds, works well independently, and is ready for consistent overtime opportunities. You’ll be performing MIG and flux core welding on a variety of materials in a fast‑paced production environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and flux core welding to company and industry standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
  • Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals
  • Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed

📌 Requirements

  • Previous MIG and flux core welding experience
  • Ability to pass a weld test
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance for a 5:00 AM start time
  • Willingness to work overtime as required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
