We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with substantial experience in CNC machine operation and part inspection to drawing specifications. The role involves troubleshooting malfunctions, reporting repairs, and reviewing setup sheets and specifications to determine appropriate setup procedures.
Responsibilities- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.
- Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials based on work instructions for machining tasks.
- Ensure parts meet drawing requirements by inspecting and troubleshooting any malfunctions.
- Report necessary repairs and adhere to setup procedures.
- Experience in CNC machine operation, including manual and CNC machining.
- 3+ years of CNC machine operation experience.
- Experience with 3-5 axis machines.
- Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Setup experience is preferred.
- Experience with vertical turning lathes and manual machining.
- Familiarity with Blohm Creek grinder, 3-axis Haas, VTL, and Fanuc controls.
- Precision machining skills with a focus on tight tolerances.

Work EnvironmentThe position is available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts. The manufacturing warehouse is air-conditioned but can get warm in the summer. The environment is well-lit, clean, and professional, with no safety concerns. For 2nd shift positions, there is a minimum of 3 months of training on the 1st shift, after which an additional 10% shift differential is added to the pay rate.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
