Job Title: Inside Sales / Product Specialist

We are hiring an Inside Sales Support / Cost Estimator to bolster our quoting and scheduling operations for building materials and hardware products. This position involves collaborating with architects and analyzing construction drawings to generate accurate quotes, coordinating logistics, and maintaining relationships with vendors. This role focuses on stabilizing existing operations and supporting internal quoting processes rather than direct sales.

• Produce accurate quotes by working with architects and construction drawings.
• Coordinate logistics for building materials and hardware products.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with vendors.
• Utilize strong Excel skills for tracking quotes and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email.
• Manage multiple quotes daily, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Support a well-established vendor network.
• Focus on internal support rather than business development.

• 1-2+ years of construction exposure with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quote tracking and scheduling.
• Comfortable with phone and email communication.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes daily.

• Industry expertise in residential, resort roofing, and hardware products.
• Familiarity with freight logistics and vendor networks.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and produce accurate quotes.
• Experience with cost estimation tools or scheduling platforms, estimating, quote software, roofing, residential construction, and commercial construction.
• Flexible and adaptable, not a 'one-trick pony'.

This position is based in-office, with a potential for a hybrid schedule. The work week is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a small team, working closely with the owner and the Office Manager. The company culture is fast-paced and logistics-focused, providing a hands-on environment where your efforts have a direct impact on operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, Florida.
