Technology Project Manager

****** MUST RESIDE IN ORLANDO OR SURROUNDING AREA (W2 ONLY) ********************

HYBRID (2-3 DAYS ON SITE)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning and scheduling, team coordination, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans
• Lead daily stand-up meetings, address roadblocks
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor project budgets and make sure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications

• Strong project management (project planning, budget management, direction setting & leadership)
• Provide cohesive user experience
• Setting Project Goals
• Maintaining Project Timelines and Budgets (project schedules, budgeting estimates, status reports)
• Highly proficient in PM Software/Tools: Jira/Confluence, Smartsheets, Clarity
• Experience on Strategy, Delivery, Execution on Web-Mobile Scope of Work: Specific website migration
• Engaged, hands-on PM: driving influence with business and technology units.
• Agile Experience: driving and owning complexity
• Strong stakeholder management
