💼 What You’ll Do

• Assemble solar panels and control panels using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure precision and quality.
• Solder and wire components with care and accuracy.
• Maintain dexterity while handling small electronic parts.
• Collaborate on a high-volume production line to meet daily goals.

🕒 Choose Your Shift

We offer flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle:

• Shift A: $19.50/hr | Sun–Tue (every other Wed), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift B: $22.00/hr | Sun–Wed, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Shift C: $19.50/hr | Thu–Sat (Wed), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift D: $22.00/hr | Thu–Sat (Wed), 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

This is a Permanent position based out of Largo, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr.
