Machine Operator
Operators are needed on site at a manufacturing plant to setup, run and perform preventative maintenance on automated equipment.
Responsibilities
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of quality products. This role supports daily production goals by following work instructions, maintaining safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting basic machine issues in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery according to production schedules and work instructions
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
- Identify machine malfunctions or product defects and notify supervision or maintenance as needed
- Complete production records, quality checks, and downtime logs accurately
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work/stand 8+ hours a day
- Ability to work in a general production environment within a manufacturing plant.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, meaning it can be hot during warm weather and cold during cooler weather. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toed boots, gloves, hair nets, and glasses will be provided. Note that wearing jewelry, fake nails, or eyelashes is not allowed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leesburg, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
