Job Title: Wellness Manager


Job Description

As a Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness programs that support physical, psychological, and financial health. You will collaborate with the Benefits Director to integrate wellness initiatives into the overall benefits strategy and partner closely with Human Resources, Public Affairs, and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) teams to implement strategic wellness projects.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize wellness events, workshops, and training sessions to educate employees on health-related topics.
  • Partner with external vendors to provide services such as health screenings, coaching, and wellbeing programs.
  • Promote wellness resources and initiatives through internal communication channels.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to program participation and impact on employee health outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance wellness offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and with Federal, State and local laws, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field and 7+ years of progressive responsibility in corporate benefits/wellness program administration
  • For candidates without a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of progressive responsibility in corporate benefits/wellness administration experience is required

Work Environment

The position is based in a corporate office with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. (Fully onsite)
