TekSystems is currently hiring for SEVERAL Medicare Provider Services Representatives. These positions MUST be on EST time zone to qualify!
MUST HAVE: Any Medicare or medical or provider services representative experience (At least 2-3 years)! MUST be willing to work the shifts:
- training 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday @4 weeks EST
- Medicare shift is 8-8pm with a rotational Saturday (would have a weekday off when working a Saturday) EST

THIS PROJECT IS SLATED TO START 9/2/25 AND RUN THROUGH 1/30/26
The Associate, Provider Service Representative is responsible for responding to all Department of Health audit calls on a consistent basis.
Acts as a liaison between our internal and external customers.
Responds promptly, accurately, and effectively to all calls in a polite and professional manner.
Responds to all calls timely and have a clear understanding of call avoidance, such as but not limited to short calls, intentional disconnects, inappropriate transfers and inappropriate use of hold button.
Performs data input in a highly accurate and timely manner on all customer contacts.
Simultaneously accesses multiple databases while addressing customer’s needs.
Clearly explains all policies and procedures on both incoming and out-going calls.
Develops a comprehensive understanding of all lines of business. Has the technical skills required to be able to perform task efficiently.
Delivers information in a clear and confident manner

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Anticipated call volume would be anywhere between 70-100 (primarly inbound). It is autodialer, and they will need to be ready for back-to-back.
Average call time is 7 minutes. They will have time to document and wrap the calls. After that, they’ll need to be ready to take another call. Candidates have to be taking notes during the call so that they can stay within the wrap times.
Ability to work independently
Strong Computers skills and ability to talk and document at the same time
Experience in handling 70+ calls
