Aston Carter is Hiring a Project Manager for the Marketing Department!

Job Description

The Marketing Projects Manager will lead the execution of direct mail campaigns, print advertising, and promotional materials for a leading travel brand. This role involves managing four mailers per month and creating 20–25 ads for newspapers and magazines, including inserts. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal design teams and external printers, proofread materials, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of direct mail campaigns and print advertising.
  • Manage the creation of 20–25 ads for newspapers and magazines each month.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams and external printers.
  • Proofread materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all marketing materials.

Work Environment

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team in the travel industry, where your work directly impacts consumer engagement and brand visibility. You will manage high-impact campaigns reaching over 73 million consumers annually and contribute to a brand known for excellence and innovation. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday onsite and Fridays remote, with hours from 9:00/9:45 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM. The environment is collaborative, creative, and deadline-driven, ideal for someone with positivity and passion. You will work closely with a creative team, a senior director, a proofreader/editor, and the marketing team.
