Job Title: Senior Site/Civil Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Site/Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is pivotal in leading and supporting design, permitting, and client management/development for various land development projects. You'll have the chance to collaborate with top industry leaders on a wide range of premier land development projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for both public and private clients.
- Collaborate with office leadership to develop growth plans and ensure efficient staff utilization.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and engage in business development by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Lead site/civil efforts on diverse project sites, including designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control from concept to completion.
- Lead stormwater management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
- Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of land development engineering, including integrating geotechnical and environmental engineering.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of successful local and related site/civil engineering experience with a concentration in land development
- Professional Engineering license
- Strong client development and client management abilities
- Experience in technical and proposal writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Active participation in professional organizations
