Job Description

As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for underground and new construction work, including the installation and maintenance of fixtures. You will work with PVC, cut and thread pipe, and read blueprints and specifications. Your proficiency in rough ins—both above ground and underground—as well as in finishing or trimming out installations, will be essential. This includes adding hardware such as toilets and sinks.

Responsibilities

• Perform underground and new construction plumbing work.
• Work with PVC, cast iron, and copper materials.
• Cut and thread pipes accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Install vents, sewers, connections, and waterlines during rough ins.
• Complete finish installations, ensuring all connections are ready for use.
• Install hardware such as toilets and sinks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in plumbing and construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience working with PVC, cast iron, and copper.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with braze and solder techniques.

Work Environment

The work environment is a new construction site at the Naples, where you will be part of a two-month project, aiming to reach the second rough phase. Expect to work alongside other contractors and be comfortable working in various weather conditions. The schedule includes work from Monday to Saturday, with ten-hour days from Monday to Friday and eight-hour shifts on Saturdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Naples, FL.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
